There are signs that a person will know well if they suffer from insomnia and these are sleepless nights while feeling tired and days that their behavior is not the same what it is usually. Although sleep apnea is in no way related to insomnia and without treatment can be a very dangerous disease. This is one reason why it is important to have the cause of lack of sleep diagnosed properly and in the case of sleep apnea to follow the physician’s treatment fully. However, if diagnosed with insomnia then there are choices about the type of treatment and the one your are most comfortable with is the one that may work best.
